About Nancy Wallace-Laabs

Texas Broker since 2006, real estate investor, author, national speaker, and educator.

Nancy built her real estate business while working full-time, raising a daughter, and investing in rental properties. Over the years she has purchased investment properties, owned a property management company, taught investors and Realtors across the country, and helped others build more stable income through real estate.

The MMM Resource Center was created to provide practical tools, guides, and training based on real-world experience.
